Jalda Fintech is a pioneering company disrupting the traditional payment landscape. We're dedicated to solving the age-old problem of micropayments, making them not only easy for users but also profitable for businesses.

Our Mission:

A GLOBAL PLATFORM FOR HANDLING MICROPAYMENTS

Jalda Fintech AB will provide the leading platform for handling micropayments. The platform enables any Content Provider to offer its content using a pay-per-usage model to the consumer market.

By leveraging the right partners and cooperating with standard organisations Jalda Fintech AB aims to create an open network of micropayment platforms that will spearhead the development of micropayment infrastructure and technology.

The platform will support generative AI, bridging the gap between media corporations and generative AI companies.

MEET THE TEAM

EXPERIENCED AND TECHY

Sven-Göran Elveborg - Chairman of the Board, is an IT and Telecom veteran with more than 45 years of experience. He has held senior positions at Ericsson, based in Sweden, Mexico, UK and Silicon Valley. In addition to the 20 years at Ericsson he has experience as management consultant, senior analyst, business adviser and as board member. Sven-Göran earned his M.Sc. from Stockholm University.

Kent Bogestam - CEO, has more than 30 years’ experience as CEO, R&D manager, system architect and as SW Developer. Kent has been a member of OMA, 3GPP, IETF and TISPAN standardization organizations for specification and standardization of the mobile services.

Kent has had many high positions in hi-tech companies such as Ellemtel, Ericsson, Ericsson Hewlett Packard Technology (EHPT). Kent is also an innovator with several patents and founder of one of the world’s first Micro payment solutions. Kent is also an entrepreneur with two startups behind him.

Pernilla Brouzell - Head of Marketing and Sales, has more than 25 years experience from management, marketing, partnership and sales within the B2B sector, in various strategic positions. Both at start-ups, scale-ups and large international organisation such as Ericsson Internet payment systems, Ericsson Hewlett Packard Technology (EHPT), Microsoft and Bisnode (Dun & Bradstreet). Valuable areas of expertise she is bringing to the team are:  building brands and standards, communication,  sales and marketing orchestration as well as business development. She has a passion for customer experience, employee engagement and building high performance business cultures

Magnus Lageson - Head of Product and Business Development,  has more than 25 years experience from the payment industries in various roles but mainly within product development e.g. lead product owner for Swish (mobile payment app in Sweden) and CPO at Crunchfish Digital Cash (Offline payments for wallets like CBDC), but also at Bankgirot and Nordea. 

Magnus has also been representing Swedish banks in European Payment Council, EPC and been part of the initiation of the European Mobile Payment System Association, EMPSA. Magnus have also been instrumental in making the movement for real time payments from the local clearing house to the central bank of Sweden.

Sebastian Bogestam - Head of R&D, has more than 18 years of experience in Software Development and Sales, being a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Solutions Engineer, and Technical Sales. Sebastian has previously co-founded two startups and thrives working with disruptive technologies and innovation
